Upgrade and Renovation

Huawei Safety provides customized equipment safety upgrade and renovation services for industrial equipment safety hazards. Whether it is updating old equipment or optimizing new equipment for compliance, we first conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment's mechanical, electrical, and safety circuits to accurately identify issues that do not meet safety standards, and then develop targeted rectification plans based on international standards such as EN ISO 12100 and ISO 13849-1.

During the renovation process, the on-site team will strictly implement the rectification measures. After the upgrade is completed, safety function tests will be conducted, and assistance will be provided in submitting for third-party acceptance, ensuring that the renovated equipment fully complies with the corresponding machinery safety standards, safeguarding the safety of factory production personnel and the stable operation of the equipment.

Safety Assessment

Huawei Safety provides comprehensive safety risk assessment services, based on international safety standards such as ISO and IEC and industry regulations, combined with customer equipment types (such as non-standard equipment, production line equipment) and industry characteristics, systematically identifying potential mechanical safety risks, covering multiple dimensions including mechanical structure, electrical circuits, and operating procedures.

During the assessment process, a detailed risk report will be generated, clarifying risk levels and causes, and providing targeted risk control recommendations to help customers eliminate safety hazards from the source, ensure production processes meet safety requirements, and provide a scientific basis for subsequent safety design and renovation.

Safety Certification

To address equipment export and compliance requirements, Huawei Safety provides professional safety certification guidance services and is familiar with the requirements of international certification systems such as CE, UL, and ATEX. During the guidance process, we assist clients in sorting out certification procedures and key standards, reviewing equipment layout drawings and electrical drawings to ensure designs meet certification specifications.

At the same time, we provide support such as safety level calculations and compliance report preparation to help clients overcome technical challenges in the certification process. For example, in the packaging machine export project for France by Yongchuang Intelligent, our professional guidance helped the equipment successfully meet EN series standards, ensuring the product compliantly entered the target market.

Safety Training

Huawei Safety launches customized safety training courses, designing differentiated training content for different groups such as equipment manufacturers and end users. For manufacturer teams, the training focuses on equipment safety design, risk identification, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 13849, ISO 12100, ISO 13857), enhancing engineers' safety design capabilities; for end-user operators, the training emphasizes safety procedures, equipment operation risk prevention, and emergency response, strengthening employees' safety awareness.

The training format combines theoretical explanations with case analysis, inviting senior instructors such as TUV SUD experts to teach, ensuring the training content is practical and easy to understand, helping enterprises build a professional safety talent pipeline and fortify the safety defense line from the personnel level.
